Can you come to my location?

Yes, we come to you! For your convenience, we visit your home or office for consultations and fittings.

How long does an appointment take?

For your initial consultation with us, please allow an hour. Fitting appointments generally take between 30-45 minutes.

Do you make wedding suits for females?

We offer made to measure wedding suits for both male and females.

How much does a tailored suit cost?

Pricing varies between $1,499 - $3,499 depending on fabric choice, and whether it is a 2- or 3-piece suit.

How long does the whole process take?

The turnaround time for a suit from the initial consultation to final fitting is usually around 4-6 weeks.

Do you do after hours and weekends?

We do! For after hours and weekend bookings, it is best to email or call us directly so we can book in a time that suits you.

Can I buy a gift voucer?

Yes, you can! Please email or call us to organise a gift voucher to the value of your choice.

Can I walk in or do I need to book an appointment?

Appointments are highly recommended due to the busy schedule of our tailors, and at times can be on the road seeing clients.

What if my suit needs further alterations?

All alterations within 30 days after delivery will be covered by 333 Tailors.

Do you offer packages?

Our packages are designed to allow you to create a complete look. Whether it be for yourself or for your wedding party, there is a package for you.

Do I have to pay for customisations on my suit?

Customisations like embroidery and edge stitching is all included however if you wish to have a custom print lining, we charge an extra $300 (please note that if you wish to have custom print lining, it takes an extra 2 weeks to print and make).

What is your payment policy?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your order, with the balance due at your final fitting. We accept payments through Square, Bank Transfer and cash.
